Interspan (VIC) provides structural design, products and services to the Victorian construction industry across a broad range of industrial, residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. Due to significant and ongoing growth we are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic graduate structural engineer to join our team immediately and learn on the job as they receive mentoring from the senior design team. A structured career path is offered with fast paced progression to higher levels of responsibility.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

• Completed a Degree or higher in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
• Demonstrates a high aptitude and a keen interest in the structural design aspects of your studies with emphasis on concrete structures
• Enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking
• Ability to start immediately
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A pro-active response to pressure
• Experience with Australian Building Code and Australian Standards preferred
• Experience with specialist post-tension design or finite element software (RAPT, RAM Concept, Adapt etc) preferred
