Job Description

We are currently looking for post-tensioning operatives to work on our post-tensioning construction sites in the UK, Ireland and in the EU. Full on-site training will be given to successful candidates, the operative’s role and scope will expand on completion of successful assessment under the CARES UK guidelines for installation of post-tensioning structures.

Skills & Experience

• General operative duties
• Adhering to social distancing guidance
• Having awareness of health and safety issues
• Being able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Having practical skills
• Being able to work at heights
• Having knowledge of materials and current building methods
• Being able to work within a team
• Previous experience in building/civils/repairs and strengthening
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland or EU
• Valid Laborer CSCS card as a minimum
• Live a commutable distance to Central London or Milton Keynes for the UK business.
• Available to work 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and potential for Saturday shifts 8am-1pm (when required)
• 3-5 years’ experience

This role is also open to operatives with prior experience of post-tensioning installation with relevant Level 2 NVQ in post-tensioning operations, reference will be sought from previous employers.
