Congres Hotel Overhoeks / Y Towers Amsterdam

DYWIDAG-Interspan has been commissioned to design and post-tension the underground parking levels for the new major Maritim Congress Center located downtown in Amsterdam. The huge basement levels with almost 42.000m² will be carried by post-tensioned beams using unbonded multi-strand tendons. After having had successful negotiation rounds the execution starts early July 2018.

Additionally, the 32 stories residential tower with almost 100 tonnes of PT is under redesign by DYWIDAG-Interspan and a decision about the most economic concept will be taken soon.
