West Side Place is set to be an amazing addition to the Melbourne Skyline and will include two Towers.
Tower 1 will comprise of 750 apartments and Melbourne’s first Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Standing at 270m high, it will be the second tallest building in Melbourne and one of the tallest in Australia. Tower 2 is set to be 75 levels high and will comprise of 805 apartments.
The project is Melbourne’s biggest inner-city development, encompassing 97,000 m² of floor space. The development is located at 250 Spencer Street, which was home to the former Age Newspaper.
